This platform is not built to flatter athletes. It's built on a verified stat and video foundation that requires accountability and intentionality from athletes because anything short of this will not help them reach their goal of making a college roster. Our mission is simple. We want coaches to have the tools they need to build and manage their rosters more efficiently and we want athletes to have a clear understanding of where they might fit and what they can do to add value to a college roster. What is Called Up Recruiting?+
A focused recruiting platform that matches college coaches with high school, JUCO, and transfer-portal athletes through verified stats and coach-built Matching Boards — plus a full set of tools for coaches to build and manage their roster more efficiently. No social feed, no clutter — just direct, qualified coach-to-athlete matching.
Who can join?+
Verified college coaches — NCAA D1–D3, NAIA, and JUCO — and serious recruitable high school and college-aged athletes (minimum age 13). Minor athletes require parental authorization before their profile becomes visible to coaches. Team and club programs can also join under a Team Plan.
How do coaches find athletes?+
Coaches build Matching Boards with stat minimums, region, and roster-year requirements. Athletes who meet those minimums see the board in their own feed and can choose to place themselves on it — coaches never see an athlete unless that athlete has placed there or shown up in a direct search.
What does "verified stats" mean?+
Every stat qualifies for board matching one of two ways: a named verifier (coach, scout, or event contact) who can confirm it, or a short video demonstrating it. Unverified stats don't count toward board placement — verification is the foundation the whole matching system runs on.
What's included in Called Up Pro?+
Called Up Recruiting is free for every verified college coach — search, Potential and Active Recruits, messaging, My Boards, Regional Heat Map, Scout Planner, Schedule Tracking, and Multi-Platform Integration are all included at no cost, for your entire coaching staff. Called Up Pro is an optional, school-wide upgrade that adds the 5-Year Roster Planner and Offer Planning. Pro is priced per school, not per coach: $1,250/year for D1 and Power 4 programs, $750/year for JUCO, NAIA, D2, and D3 programs. Multi-Platform Integration works the same way at both tiers — you can always add off-platform prospects from Potential Recruits; Roster Planner's own version of that same tool requires Pro.

What's the difference between a Team Plan and Called Up Dugout?+
They're two separate products that solve two different problems — a team can have either one, both, or neither.
Team Plan / Club-Travel Team — recruiting
Gives your athletes real, individual recruiting accounts: a full athlete profile, verified stats, and video storage that college coaches can search and evaluate. This is the recruiting product.
Called Up Dugout — team organization, not recruiting
A lightweight, one-way communication and logistics tool for a team's families — announcements, schedules, resources, travel, gear, forms, document requests, and a payment tracking log (recordkeeping only — Called Up doesn't process or collect team payments). It does not create any athlete account, athlete profile, or recruiting access of any kind. Only two roles exist on a Called Up Dugout team: a family login (up to 15 families per team, 2 logins per family) and a Director/Admin/Coach-Manager login for whoever runs it.
A Team Plan or Club-Travel Team already includes a Called Up Dugout team for free (see above) — the standalone Called Up Dugout Organization / Individual Called Up Dugout / Additional Called Up Dugout products exist for a team or organization that only wants the coordination tool, with no recruiting platform involved at all.
